We call it The Soil – because this is the foundation. I really want you to have a deeper understanding of how your mind and body works because sometimes we think we are evolving or healing only to find ourselves back in the same strategy – I talk more to this in section four.
Before jumping into the Guidebook and tools there are three videos, I encourage you to watch : The Subconscious mind, The Nervous System and The Emotional System.
Once you have watched these videos return to the Guidebook and each exercise will then be self-explanatory in their instructions. As an example, when you understand the subconscious mind – you will understand why we have a comfort zone and limiting beliefs.
